    I shop at this Costco all the time and have for years, service is always stellar. I'm a Costco loyalist. Today I had an experience that really went above and beyond. Kristy in the pharmacy, you have no idea how much you helped me today. I'm a mom, I'm a full time student. I started graduate work this semester and I'm supposed to take the LSAT for law school in 3 days. My little is starting a brand new school. So of course what happens? I get pneumonia. I was so sick this morning that my husband had to take our little to orientation day solo. I was having a DAY. You were so kind and made what was an objectively terrible moment bearable. THANK YOU!

    What started out as a simple tire repair turned into 7 days and 4 vists of trying to get my car fixed. I had a serviceman incorrectly fix my car and lost a valuable part. However, with the swift and precise actions of Peyton, Paul, Johnny, Ethan and Scott, I was able to get this problem solved and corrected. These genteman went above and beyond to repair one mans actions and gained a customer for life. I applaud them and their guest service. They need to be recognized for going outside the box and maintaining integrity and character within Costco. Thank you so much and I am very appreciative for your honesty. Well done.

    I love costco. The employees are pleasant and helpful (rare in a big box store). Great return policy. I don't even need to remember my receipt. Costco can check my purchase history. I trust the products they carry. I like the Kirkland brand more than more established brands. We buy everything we can from Costco, including tires, car rentals, and medications.
